CAiSE’23 invites interested organisations and companies to sponsor this renowned annual scientific event. CAiSE brings together researchers and practitioners who are active in a wide range of areas related to information systems. It is an excellent opportunity to acquire exposure and reach potential partners from Europe and the world.

The CAiSE conference was first organised in 1989, and this year celebrates its 35th edition in Zaragoza, Spain. During these 35 years, each edition has been attended by between 200 and 300 participants from the research and industrial community.

Gold package (2500€ + VAT)

  • Information about your organization is distributed individually to each participant. The organization’s logo appears in a different space and larger than the rest of the sponsors.
  • Featured mention in all the press releases and social networks associated with the event.
  • The organization’s logo is on the conference website and program; stands out from the restof the sponsors.
  • A booth with information about your organization will be located next to the conferencerooms; this can be occupied by your staff at the times you want.
  • Registration for two people at the conference, including the gala dinner.
  • Additional participants will receive a 30% discount on registration fees.

Silver Package (2000€ + VAT)

  • Information about your organization is distributed individually to each participant. The organization’s logo appears in a different space and larger than the bronze and specific sponsors.
  • The organization’s logo is on the conference website and program; stands out from the bronze and specific sponsors.
  • A booth with information about your organization will be located next to the conference rooms; this can be occupied by your staff at the times you want.
  • Registration for two people at the conference, including the gala dinner.
  • Additional participants will receive a 25% discount on registration fees

Bronze Package (1500€ + VAT)

  • Information about your organisation is distributed individually to each participant.
  • The organisation’s logo is on the conference website and program; stands out from thespecific sponsors.
  • Conference registration for one person.

Stand in Commercial Exhibition: €600 + VAT

  • Stand installed in the exhibition space provided by the organization. Otherwise, an equivalent space is provided to set up your stand.
